DISCOUNTS FOR CITY SENIORS OVER 60 "GOOD TIMES PASS" PLUS

The City's "Good Times Pass" provides Rochester residents who are age 60 years old and over with a 50 percent discount to many City Bureau of  Recreation programs and activities.

Available for $5, the wallet-sized "Good Times Pass" is valid for one year (Sept. 1 through Aug. 31). The non-transferable card entitles the bearer to a 50 percent discount off regularly-prices general admissions and certain fees charged at city facilities. The card may be purchased at any City recreation center during regular operating hours and 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Mon.-Fri., at the Bureau of Recreation Administration Offices, 400 Dewey Ave. or at Room 222-B in City Hall.

The pass will apply to such activities as: Skate rental, lessons and skating admissions; tennis lessons; water classes and pool admissions; dances; use of weight rooms; ceramics classes and educational classes like First-Aid and CPR.

Other discounts and special privileges may be announced during the year. The pass does not apply to permits, league fees, fees charged by outside organizations, dinners and buffets. A complete list of applicable activities and locations is available at each facility.
